We want you to be completely satisfied with your sewing patterns and supplies; however, please note that digital PDF downloads are non-refundable once accessed. Physical items can be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unused, unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package using a tracked postal service to the address provided in our confirmation email, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
